John Peter Koch has been a trial lawyer since 1980 and works on personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Throughout his career, John has tried medical malpractice, product liability, vehicular accident, construction site, birth injuries, etc.

John is licensed to practice law in the federal and state courts of Texas, and has maintained an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell National Law Directory, the highest rating available for legal ability and ethical standards.

Texas Lawyers Weekly selected John as one of its ten “Lawyers of the Year” in 2008 and 2017.

Patrick was born in Houston, Texas on June 17, 1949. While he grew up in Houston, he attended the National University of Ireland (University College, Dublin) in 1971-1972, and graduated magna cum laude from The College of the Holy Cross in 1973.

John attended the University of Houston Law Center graduating cum laude in 1978.
